Who operates this website 深圳市宝安区览悟信息技术工作室 operates lavusion.com under the Lavusion brand. Contact: admin@ilavu.com.cn. This notice describes the current informational website and email inquiries. Lavusion Imgsearch is in preparation and is not yet available to download or purchase here. Website visits The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the website, the hosting service processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. This website does not offer account registration, checkout or an image-upload form. Embedded video Our product demo uses a YouTube embedded player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The cover image is hosted with our website, and the YouTube player loads only when you click to play. Once loaded, your browser connects to YouTube and Google, which may process your IP address, browser and device information, and playback interactions to deliver the video and operate their services. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is processed. You can choose not to load the player. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how Google handles this information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Email inquiries If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use these to respond to your inquiry and handle related support or business correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or images you do not have permission to share. Retention and requests Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the inquiry, related follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided by emailing admin@ilavu.com.cn. Any retention needed for legal obligations or resolving a dispute will be explained when responding to your request. Local processing and connected services The existing desktop product performs image indexing and search locally. This is not a promise that the entire product works without internet: login, license validation and model downloads use network services. Account, device and license information, along with feedback and diagnostic information submitted by users, are distinct from local image processing. A release-specific software privacy notice will be published before the product is made available. Updates We will update this notice when the website or its data-handling practices change.
